Services
A bathroom remodel from our team is planned around your household, the existing room, and the desired scope. We handle design, material selections, permitting, demolition, subfloor work, waterproofing, tile, fixtures, and finishing under one contract. Unexpected conditions are documented with photos and priced before work continues. Our process keeps responsibilities with one in-house crew.
We specialize in custom showers featuring precise tile installation and certified waterproofing systems. Our capabilities include curbless and curbed showers, lighted niches, custom benches, heated shower floors, linear drains, mitered tile edges, large-format tile, porcelain slabs, and custom glass. The waterproofing is flood-tested for 24 hours, and the glass is measured and fitted after the tile is set.
Our curbless shower process begins with a detailed walkthrough and estimate. We measure the room, locate the existing drain, evaluate the slab and doorway, and compare curbed and curbless options. Once the design is selected, we coordinate materials and permits, complete demolition and waterproofing, install tile and glass, and finish with a final walkthrough.
Our tile and natural stone work is centered on clean layouts, controlled installation, and durable preparation. We dry-lay patterns before bonding materials and strike the starting line from the longest sightline. Depending on the project, we provide leveling, crack isolation, moisture protection, uncoupling membranes, and underlayment before setting the selected tile or stone.
Our flooring installation process is designed around measurable site conditions and manufacturer requirements. We assess each room, record slab moisture and flatness, and use those readings to guide product and installation decisions. After preparation and acclimation, we install hardwood or LVP with appropriate membranes, adhesives, expansion gaps, trim, and thresholds before completing the final walkthrough.
A durable tile or flooring installation begins with proper preparation underneath. We repair soft or damaged subfloors, correct uneven surfaces, address movement between substrates, and install waterproof membranes throughout shower pans and walls. Every seam, corner, change of plane, and pipe penetration is sealed according to the manufacturer's requirements, followed by a 24-hour flood test.

Abel and his team were amazing to work with. They were the only part of my studio's renovation process that was actually easy. Abel is very kind and easy to communicate with. He helped me choose certain materials and navigate any hiccups we had along the way. I would definitely recommend hiring them.

After having a new quartz countertop installed, we needed somone to attach our dishwasher to kitchen cabinets. The dishwasher had been connected to the old kitchen counter and screwing anything into quartz is not recommended. VL PRoconstruction not only would take a smaller job like this but actually wrote down step by step how he would do the job. The detailed proposal got him the project. He came this morning and within an hour and a half had the dishwasher connected to the cabinets, leveled and it is now solid as a rock. This guy is a total pro and I recommend him to anyone. Is there anyone out there cheaper? Maybe, but there's nobody better. I'm sure of that!
